    Yes they will both work. The 4 GB RAM will work providing you have a 64 bit OS, if not, you can only use 3~3.5 GB.

    But yes, the t61p will support these.

    For $15 more you can get the same brand RAM with CL4 vs CL5, link.

    Here is an $17 cheaper 320 HDD alternative? Just a thought, link.
