I have a Dell XPS M140. It has a bluetooth wireless card. Whenever I disconnect the power cord or connect it my wireless card cuts off. This is a real hassle. I've even switched off this option, but it continues to do so. Can anybody help me before I smash this computer?

Has something todo with the powersaving featuers of the bluetooth chip. You said you turned off the option? check the driver settings again. Maybe you missed something.
