I've read up about these but does anyone know when/where these are for sale and whether they need an antenna or something?

I ask this because I hope to get my m1330 soon and I believe it has 2 mini-card extensions with antenna (wireless networking and mobile internet). Seeing as I haven't opted for the latter or Robson and noting the 2 USB port limitation, can I just install one of these WUSB cards in the second slot and if it need an antenna will the corresponding mobile internet antenna suffice?

Thanks in advance - I hope these are available on the market..

Dell now has a Wireless USB option in their build configuration for the XPS M1330.

Is this component order-able as an installable accessory for a XPS M1330 built without this option?
