Well i have a 12v 80cfm .3amp fan that i need to connect to 12v adaptor.if i were to use the fan with variable speed,i knwo you can get a fan controller. But if i had a 0.5amp variable voltage adaptor(1.5,3,4.5,6,7.5,9,10.5,12 V)(we can change voltage with a small knob) that i wire up to fan, will i still need a fan controller or is its purpose done by using this v voltage adaptor.Hope you guyz understand my question.
Well another thing is there are two polarities on variable voltage adaptor(+ and -) Which polarity to use with fan!
    Thanx for giving your time!
