    I need to have SO-DIMM DDR2 PC2-5300 - 2 x 2 Go (4 Go) 667 MHz - CAS 4 laptop memory.
    Witch is the best ?
    Kingston HyperX KHX5300S2LLK2/4GB or
    G.Skill F2-5300CL4D-4GBSQ

    barebone laptop will be with cpu T9300
    windows XP2
    no overclocking...

    Which one is cheaper?
    In the end, both are going to perform about the same, so pick the one that is cheaper.

    I am sure Kingston work with my barebone but don't know for G.Skill ...
    Kingston are out of stock now ...

    The modules should be about the same; go for whichever's cheaper.
    Also, look into Mushkin - they've also begun to ship PC2-5300 CL4 SODIMMs.

    I saw Mushkin on newegg;
    Kingston HyperX, G.Skill and Mushkin

    this is only 3 kits PC2-5300 CL4 SODIMMs

    Between the three, I would go with G.Skill over the others.
