I plan to purchase a laptop, and I want to know whether or not to get 64 bit or 32 bit version of Vista Premium. I know a 64 bit will use 4GB ram, but will 32bit version make use of all of the ram with a Intel T9300 processor?

Fact: 32bit operating systems will never be able to use 4GB.

Intel PM965 chipset will use full 4GB RAM but you have to use 64 bit OS to do that.
