    X300 Thinkpad video card upgrade possible?

    Is it possible to upgrade the X300 video card to get screen resolutions higher than 1440x900?

    The resolution is not dictated by your graphics card(well in rare cases it is), but the actual LCD panel that's in the laptop. Short answer, no you cannot upgrade the graphics and even if you could you would still be limited to 1440x900.
