Hi everyone i'm new to this site and I have read threads from this site in regards to upgrading the M1530's slot loading drive to the Blue Ray drive, thanks that helped alot. Now I have a question that hopefully someone can answer because I can't seem to find a thread that relates to upgrading the m1530's 1440x900 cfft, or something like that, screen to the new LED lit screen. can someone give me to the model number of the screen so i can upgrade it via 3rd party. I bought my laptop to take it to Iraq with me hehe, yeah i'm in the Army and this is my 2nd time over there, so I wanted a laptop that can handle games, cuz i do get some down time down there and it is extremely boring too. So thanks for the help ahead of time. oh and if there is another screen that can offer higher resolution and led backlit, please recomend, thanks. All in all, i would like to add an led backlit screen to this laptop, =D

Your best bet is to contact Dell in order to purchase an led backlit screen.
I have no idea who manufactures it, but hopefully someone else chimes in and can tell you.
