    My sd cards cant be read at all, i tried using a reader but nothing works.Im using my sig for the cards,when i put them in i get a messsage that says do you want to format drive e or f.It freezes "my computer" when i click on the icon for the sd card. THe driver used is a ricoh from dell,thei just started the other day.

    -SANDISK 8GB SDHC
    -Sandisk 4GB SDHC
    I really need these cards they have stuff on them that i need. :(

    Are you running the current RICOH driver for your system/OS? If not, try updating and see if that helps. The AW M17x uses the same RICOH chipset as your system - try this driver, its version 3.57.01.

    Not sure if this will work, but you can also see if RECUVA can see it as a valid partition and then grab your files.

    2007 was the last driver dell made for the ricoh. :mad:

    Check my post above - I edited it with a link to a more recent driver. If that one doesn't work, try this one (RICOH R5C832 v3.54.06)

    Thanks..but 2 of the 2 are working. My card reader(built-in) will work but the external reader works :p
    Good enough for me i guess,better than nothing.8Gb card doesnt work.
