    I have a ZV5000 with celeron 2.8, running at 400 fsb.

    I am thinking of upgrading the cpu to a pentium 4 northwood now, and was wondering if I have to get 400mhz fsb or will 533/800 fsb work on ZV5000's motherboard?

    let me know ! :)

    Thanks!

    Do you know what chipset is used on that board? If not use CPU-Z to determine chipset, and then you will be able to know the capabilities of your system.

    BTW did that specific model have an option to get it with p4? if yes then you are safest using whatever p4 (core and FSB) they had as an option.
