My notebook bought in July, 2012. The accu is lithium. I do not know which way is correct to use the accu. When I play the computer I usually plugged in the adapter, even though the battery is fully charged.
But recently I found the accu can only be used for about ten minutes.
According to the instructions, I initializated the battery. At the beginning, the battery comsumed quickly, suddenly jump to 4%, and then go to 0%, shut down.
My accu code is: Dell Inspiron 8100

Who can tell me how can the battery back into the original? And how can I avid it?
    Help,help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
