It looks like no , it's on the motherboard
Intel HD Graphics built-in according to the specs on your model

As Tomecat57 has stated, that model only comes with Intel HD graphics which unfortunately is not upgradable. You will have to swap out the motherboard from another Acer model which has been done with get discreet graphics. I would honestly save up for another model as a motherboard swap usually can be quite pricey.

Look for a similar Acer that has the pci-e card and look to see what card is used
I have a feeling that if it's not listed as an option on your model it does not have the required space provided and interface

Short of a MoBo swap which I doubt is even an option no you cannot do. It really does not matter how new it is.

Sorry but the way it is.

The problem is that even though the chipset supports a PCIe slot, that doesn't necessarily mean that Acer bothered to hook it up to a graphics card slot. A chipset is not a motherboard, it's a set of IC chips that tie together the various other components. It's still up to the motherboard manufacturer to bother putting in the connections to these other components, and especially in the case of notebooks, where space is often at a premium, they often simply don't bother adding things they feel that they don't need, such as unused PCIe slots, more than 2 RAM slots, etc.
