    acer closes alone, turn on and start up restore appears

    I am not very good with technical issues but I have a problem and wonder if anyone can help me...
    My Acer computer closes alone and when I turn it back on Start Up Restore comes on the screenI press ok and it says there are no problems and then says For More Advanced Options press here.. so I do and press Memory Restore and it tells me it will shut down and turn on again which it does and its fine for a while like normal. But then the same will happen again later on.

    someone said it may be the RAM..... I have no idea how i will fix it can i order one, and from where, and which one, and who will do it

    Which laptop do you have? What operating system?
    When did this problem start?
    Were you removing or adding software before the problem? Basically your operation on the laptop before the issue began.
