    i've got 1gb 2x512mb ram in laptop, and 4gb ram in desktop. both comps are acer aspires and are awsome for the e-managment software, if you plan to get any type of comp. i recommend an acer, this laptop fully loaded 2.0ghz dual core 1gb ram upgrading to 4gb windows vista home pro on both pc's 386mb video ram blutooth wireless network media pro remotes for dvd, dual layer dvd burner 160gb hdd. and much more, brand new $600 is what i paid.
