Hey whats up. I just recently got the Gateway MX6436 notebook.
It has the 3300 amd 2.0 sempron processor and 512 Ram.

I really want to get a TV Tuner card, but I have read alot of bad reviews of TV tuner cards for notebook computers. I want to use it mainly for recording stuff when I'm not home. Is my computer good enough to handle this? and what is the best TV tuner card I can get for my notebook computer?

At the very least you're going to need more RAM

I have seen few mini pci tv cards... but not for selling!

Too bad there isn't retail stores for those, I like the idea of having a built in tv tuner!

I think a usb key tv tuner would be a good idea, because the new laptops are coming without pcmcia slots!, while usb ports will remain an essential part of any computer for probably a long time.
