    looking for an asus w90 modded bios or know of someone that can mod one. looking to change multiplier in bios.

    Has anyone ever actually modded a laptop bios to unlock CPU multipliers?
    That sounds simply insane.

    I only of one person that has tried to do it (for an MSI gt627), but the option in the bios never showed up. While other options worked (ram timings and frequency).

    BTW OP has a QX9300.
