just double checking, its good for your battery when you first get it to let it drain out to 0% then charge it back to 100% right? i just got my e1405

well they are lithium(sp?) and that means that they will hold a memory on the charging and i think it is actually bad to drain then down past 10%

how about when the battery is plugged into the power outlet. is it bad to keep the battery plugged in?

It is ok to keep the battery plugged in. It will not charge past 100%. Battery have automatic cut off that will prevent it from overcharging. Here is a useful link.
