    can you help me with this pls? 19"-20" will do..any brand and model..within the $300-350 range..basically for gaming...tnks

    guess nobody understood me..or am i posting in the wrong place? ...seince e1705 is only 17", i would want to have a bigger monitor like 19"-20"..pls help..tnks

    I got a 20.1" 1680x1050 BenQ monitor from newegg that I absolutely love. I'd definitely give them a look, especially with the holiday sales and such.

    by the way, do i need any ports to connect it to the e1705 or its its rady to be attached and used?

    As long as the monitor comes with a cable, then you will be fine; nothing else is needed. You have DVI-D and VGA ports built into the back of your laptop already. Get a DVI (digital) monitor since you have a DVI-D port.
