the left lower corner of my laptop is wearing out from my palm resting on it while gaming so i thought of getting a wireless backlit kb.
i have a logitech universal receiver so i am a bit partial to that but if there are other better options i wouldnt mind looking into them.

The logitech one is pretty nice, I actually had one for a bit but ended up returning it as I would get keyboard "ghosting" issues playing certain games. (Holding down keys and pushing too many at a time caused inputs to not register).

It was actually the best KB (wireless too) that I've ever had minus the ghosting issues.

Consider wrapping the palm rest of your laptop in vinyl. Costs a few dollars for the amount you'd need. People wrap entire cars in it - why not a laptop?

i thought about doing this on mine for the cool factor. i suppose it would also help protect from wear, but so would packing tape if applied right with no wrinkles.

so a wireless may not be ideal for gaming?
i use a logitech wireless mouse for gaming and it has served me well. i dont play fpses except for mwo which is much slower paced than the rest.

i have but i also wanted to retain the original rubber finish of my sager and i also wanted a backlit kb.
