    i got the hdx16t as a gift it is loaded except for the blu ray.......is there a souce for it? part # 498075-001

    I wonder why it didn't come with the Blu-ray drive. You can check with the HP manufacturer directly, perhaps?

    HP doesn't currently list seperate parts for order (via service) but I would imagine that they should shortly. If you are going that route, you may want to wait for a short bit until the BD-R drive is available (should be in November, if I recall correctly). I have no clue what the price will be, but it might be worth waiting for.
