    The one from Newegg will work and be made of real plastic.
    The one from ebay, well... that's a 50/50. And build quality will be crap.

    But it's so small and so cheap, you don't have much to lose in giving it a shot.

    Not very good; they can give certain systems (like my .HP dv7-series) indigestion trying to get the driver sorted out and properly installed. I tried one, spent half an evening getting it to work properly in _Vista 64-bit, transferred one measly file from my cell phone to the laptop, and then uninstalled the whole thing as a bad deal.
