In something like 99% percent of all cases the GPU is soldered toi the motherboard and non upgradeable in a laptop.
(There are some exceptions - I doubt your laptop is amongst them)
You could upgrade the CPU (possibly not cost effective), the HDD (may be an idea) and definitely RAM, but I think that's it.
It may be an idea to post your specs.
PS: If its an old laptop, get a new one. -
- Intel core2duo P7350
- Intel® GM45 Express Chipset
- 2GB DDR3 1066MHz
- Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD -
Ok, that's better.
You could possibly get a faster CPU, but I doubt you need it.
You would hava to check the socket type.
You could add more RAM - however, DDR3 is expensive...
The graphics card stays the same - you can't upgrade it.
The only thing you could look into, is an external monitor, and then an external graphics card. -
you can't upgrade your gpu

The intel X4500HMD is a chipset based graphics solution. It is physically soldered to the motherboard, and it cannot be upgraded/removed.
If you want to game, you should sell your laptop and get a laptop with a dedicated graphics card.
K-TRON -
Depending on the game this can make a lot of sense, also, it allows you to expand your desktop during normal work... -
There's nothing you could do to that notebook to increase gaming performance really. Do as K-TRON suggested, that's the only option you have.
I wonder why you got that notebook in the first place if you considered gaming, as it's an integrated GPU (and the sellers usualy tells you that these kind of notebooks aren't for gaming at all).
An external graphics card will be too expensive and no-way near worth it. I don't know any external GPU's that's even near cheap and that's is actually very good. -
Do external GPUs even work that well on most mainstream notebooks? I mean the fastest external interface is PCI-E 1x from the expresscard assuming you have one right?
-
But I'd say it depends a lot on circumstances.
Also, when I searched for it, the Intel Cards were still much, much worse.
(although enough for me)
I suppose it would be an idea if the OP could post the games he (she??) intends to play.
However, I'm pretty sure that an external GPU will not be enough for the newest "high performance" games. -
Get a desktop to game and save the laptop for on-the-go.

OK all, I think I should be a PC for gaming . . however PC is cheaper than notebook . . hehehe
thank's very much -
PC = Personal Computer so that includes notebooks and desktops but not Apple's Mac
can I?
