    ok well when i ordered my e1705 i opted for the no dvd burner dvd drive but i was wondering if i could buy an external one and use it to burn dvds?

    Of course, you can buy an external DVD burner. The question is whateither you want it premade or make it yourself.

    Make sure you get one with a power inlet, as you dont want to run into power issues once youve built it.
