    hi. i tried the chipset id program from intel and it didn't work.

    i have a 2.4 ghz t7700 core duo processor. i am trying to download the latest chipset driver from intel and i don't know which one i have. please help thanks.

    Edit: Did a little research, 800 MHz FSB puts you squarely in the 965 chipset.

    Let's name it Bill. :D I guess Intel Mobile 965 Express chipset. And I believe T7700 is Core 2 Duo.

    Its 965 for sure, the odd Ts for now are 965 (excludes x7800)
