What Clevo laptop are you referring to?
You may be better off parting it out (ie, selling individual parts), in order to maximize profits, so you can get a new laptop.

    Model :2200T/2700T

    P3 1.1 ghz cpu 512 meg ram

this is old and no sane person will dare to buy. I have heard of a dvi card that can do the trick, I mean to use the monitor only and trash the rest but i am not that technical.

by the way do you think you can find a cheap mb replacement for this old donkey near your wereabouts, I have found one here but rather expensive more than you are offering for your cpu

Wow, thats an old system you got there.
I would just get a new cheap laptop.
Its not really a good idea to invest in such an old system.

I will try to find a replacement board for you.
