    clevo x8100, future battery upgrade?

    Anyone know if there are different grades of x8100 batteries? I know the x8100 is a powerhouse but i just want to ensure i have the best battery I can get. I think the stock one is some crap like 6 cell 4850mAh, i cant believe they wouldn't make a better one.

    You really should post this in the Sager/Clevo forum, you will get better response.

    You will be hard pressed to find an aftermarket battery, as the laptop is a boutique brand, which will get little to no support outside the manufacturer and resellers.

    yea i know, but certainly they could make a more efficient battery in the same form factor. MOD, can you move this thread to sager/clevo ?

    They're not going to update it, and it draws WAY too much power for any external battery.
