I use HDClone since... I can't even remember, it's version 4 and still works perfectly for both HDDs and SSDs.

Other software I tried somehow failed to make perfect clones, HDClone works great.

I use EaseUs ToDo Backup - The free version works great for cloning a running Windows 10 PC to another SSD, for upgrades.

I use Acronis 2017 image and it works fine for SSD/HDD and NVMe drives that was why I got this version because it could detect and write to NVMe drives. And I run it off a USB drive to do this process. This is the paid version so you get what you pay for as well.
