I am considering the purchase of the Dell Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9300, and I am given the choice of a wireless network card.......should I stick with the industry standard of a wireless G-card or go with the latest wireless-N card.......and what are the benefits of the N card v. G-card if any?

the additional cost is not great however, it's more how will the N-card work when I am connecting to the more common wireless G-card user networks..........

Go for the intel wireless cards, they are generally better than the dell truemobile cards and they offer better range and connectivity to most atheros, agere and broadcom based wireless cards. If the intel 3945 or 4945 (I think thats the right model number) are options, go with one of those since they are really good wireless cards.
