    i have a dell E1505 with a ATI mobility radeon x1400. can i get a better graphics card?

    No, sorry. Even though it is a modular graphics card, there is no upgrade path for you.

    The Dell E1505 can support the nvidia 7300, ATI X1300 and the ATI X1400.
    The ATI X1400 is the fastest card for the notebook.
    I have the E1505 with the ATI X1400 and it is a great system for homework and college, but it is not a gaming system.
