I have a clone desktop and a emachines desktop and the emachines desktop the fan is very quiet. ecs motherboard. I upgraded the cpu and the new cpu is also quiet. I installed the old cpu in a clone ecs motherboard and it runs all the time. I think there is somethings in the bois to change to make it not run all the time. I did change the smart fan function from disabled to auto and it did not make a difference. Maybe there are a few settings that have to be changed. Any help would be appreciated.
