is it normal for two ram sticks to have different color? (same brand and model number: Kingston KVR1333D3S9/4G)

I don't think it matter, just as long as the specs are the same.
-
Doesn't matter, they just changed the material used for the PCB, the chips and connections remain the same.
Probably a case of two suppliers for the polymer and at one point, the one selling the green was cheaper and then the one selling the blue was selling at a lower price. -
Newegg uses different colored PCBs for it's in-house Rosewill label.
Red PCBs are generally found in the Rosewill OEM non-Newegg sales places like Microcenter, etc.
Green and Blue are the in-house Newegg sales items.
This helps Newegg to stop taking back Rosewill stuff that they didn't actually sell. -
This happens with cheapo ram all the time. They were just from different production batches.

thread may be closed soon.... Would you return an ATI card if it wasn't red? -
I always purchase ram colors that are color coordinated with my laptop. In addition, aligning the magnetic crystalline structure makes 'em run a tad bit faster, too
