    i downloaded drivers for my blue tooth but still not working
    the p button on my pc is also not working
    any help please

    Is this a new system? Time for a return/exchange.

    If this is an older (out of warranty) system, then you at least need to find a replacement keyboard or consider replacing the notebook itself.
