    Any1 know of a program that supports the tweaking of PLL # ICS 9LPRS365BGLF. I goggled several different times nothing. :confused:

    Most of the time you cannot tweak or modify pll's, if software cant do it, find an electrical engineer. My bro told me that it is possible, and if not, we can swap pll's with another kind, as long as it runs the same coding for clock speeds.
