Hello everyone, i do hope someone can help before i eat my laptop!!
Ok, i bought a new samsung NP300 laptop and all is wellLat week i bought a new blank hard internal harddrive (for back up) I put it into my new laptop and reloaded windows using the recovery CD that came with the computer and everything loaded up fine ... apart from i cant get online (no wireless connnections detected)
after some reading i worked out that the driver for internet is not loaded (im not sure if the driver is called a wiress driver, network adapter driver or its real name. However i went into device manager and there was lots of those little warning icons under network adapters.
I tried to 'update drive' but it couldnt find one as i cant get online. i tried searching for 'update driver' on the recovery cd but no joy. I then put the original hard drive back in and in device manager found out that my network card / adapter is an Intel centrino n130, I then spent all day searching and for this driver and couldnt find the exact driver anywhere, not even on the intel website.
i did find one zip file with drivers on that said were for centrino n130 and i moved these into the system32 / driver folder but still no joy!
can anyone help :-( pleeeeeeeeeeease

If i had to take a guess, i'D say your adapter is a 1030 for which the driver can be downloaded here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/con...OSFullname=Windows+7+(64-bit)*&ProductID=3314 Those are the drivers for windows 7 64-bit, if you have a different windows version, then you'll have to get the right file.
driver help please
