    i bought a dv3020tx from hp , but my dvd reader doesnt worker on all dvd regions

    how can i unlock it

    You cannot unlock a DVD drive to play all DVD regions.

    You're limited to one region. You can change it to another, but you can only change it 5 times (if I'm remembering correctly), before it locks itself into the last region changed to.

    It's within the firmware of the DVD drive itself, so there's not a software you can download to make it work, afaik.
