    hi guys got two questions about this lappy
    1. is therea backlighted keyboard for it?
    2. is there another motherboard with a higher processor that can be dropped in to the case? im just curious if there is or not would appreciate any help

    As an entry level, large screen notebook with its main draw being Blu Ray, I don't think you'll find the upgrade options you're seeking.

    If you need a faster, cooler running notebook, you'll need to look at a completely new system.

    Hope I'm wrong, but this is the information I recieved with a quick search.

    While there isn't another motherboard that I am aware of that would work with that computer you could upgrade the CPU to a Turion II Ultra dual-core mobile M660 which is a 2.7 GHz CPU.
