    im new to computers so please bare with me im trying to find a program to let me rip dvds from disc drive to hard drive mp4 file? i already bought the movies i just want to be able to take them with me on my laptop I havent been able to find a good malware free program as of yet that will let me rip or burn upload or download without some kind of problem i tried a couple first one had malware second one was so slow i gave up would have taken over an hour to rip 20 min clip program has to be able to rip atleast as fast as the time the length of the movie or clip is im not trying to run 1080p Any advise thanks

    I go looking around at Gizmo's freeware review site when I'm looking for the economical route for a program. Hope it helps. :)

    Get MakeMKV (for ripping DVDs) and use Handbrake to compress them into MP4 files.
