    are there any sound upgrade options out there for express card? i dont see why there wouldnt be being express card has a built in usb interface, it should simply be a matter of repackaging a usb model. or am i missing something?

    There aren't any ExpressCard sound cards as far as I know . . the market seems to be adopting the ExpressCard format rather slow. The problem is, most new laptops have it, yet there are hardly any cards for it.
