i dont know if this is the right place for this. but I have a usb flashdrive that has all of my school work on it, and when i plug it in, its recognized and the folder opens up, i can see all the folders, and then it immediately disconnects,

about 5 seconds pass and then it reconnects again and disconnects once more, and will continue to do this forever. whats wrong and can i save my data?

its an ocz rally2 16gb flash drive, and although i have almost all of it backed up, my last week or two of work is not, and it would be a shame to loose 40-50 hours of work on it v_v

My first and only thought would be to try it on another computer and see if you can get your data off. It sounds like the flash drive is going south.
