Based on your system specs, the processor is good up to 100C, and so is the graphics card.

At idle your processor temperatures should be around 45C or less, and under load the cpu cores should be under 80C,

The harddrive should never run more than 55C.

You may want to check out the Undervolting Guide. Undervolting your cpu can decrease the amount of heat generated by the processor without decreasing system performance. It will also help increase battery life

You can lower the harddrive temperature by decreasing harddrive use.
To do this you can disable some of the processes which are running in the background.
To do this, go to the run command and type in MSCONFIG. Than go into the services and startup tabs and shut off anything you are not using.
This will help decrease system resources used, and should help decrease cpu, ram and harddrive usage.
Also, if you have antivirus scans set to run in the background, you may want to change the scheduler or set it manually so that their is less harddrive usage.
