Depending on what notebook you have, 99% of all notebooks are not upgradable. It's either a MXM or proprietary slot. If you don't know if you notebook is either then chance is that its not upgradable.

Short answear, you can't. See the sticky in the gaming gpu section.

If it's a Dell, without integrated graphics, you can a really strong chance at doing it.
If it has a MXM slot, such as a Asus laptop (not limited to Asus) then you have decent chances.
Do some research, you'll find out pretty quick. Name you're laptop and it's model numbers and I'm sure someone here can give you a stright forward yes or no. -
Yep only MXM based ones can be upgraded as you can get latest graphics cards in retail only for MXM.... Also I believe the DELL laptops do not use MXM....

Okay someone know if the Toshiba X205-9349 can be upgrade like the Sager NP5791 since both comes with the same nVidia 8700M, I just wonder. And it will be easy or tricky to do?
