    Can someone help me in determining the memory for asus z96j

    Kingston has a helpful site that it can search the correct memory for you.
    however crucial does not due this for z96j.

    can you tell me what does all of the things mean in a memory like cl2 or cl4, unbuffered, and etc.

    According to Asus you're looking for 200 pin ddr2-533 or ddr2-667 ram. You can use cpuz to find out the cas latency of the current ram you're using, which i *think* is usually 4 for ddr2.

    This should work well.
