I have a P7350 @ 2.0 ghz and I want to overclock it but don't know how I can do it. Do I need a program to do it or can I do it in the bios?

You cannot and should not overclock that CPU. The main purpose of the medium voltage Penryns was to decrease power consumption, which you will be increasing by overclocking.

And you cannot directly overclock a CPU. The multipliers are locked and hard-coded into the CPU. You can overclock the FSB with software such as Clockgen, CPUCool, SetFSB etc, only if it supports the clock generator installed on your motherboard. To know the PLL no. of the clock generator, you'll have to open the notebook, scan for the clock generator chip, and note down the PLL no., and find a software which supports that PLL.
OCing the FSB will also OC the RAM and the GPU....Hence resulting in crashes, if any of the 3 components connected to the northbridge go unstable.
