    how can i get my recovery back

    hey every body

    i don't know if this is the place to put my thread
    any i wanna ask if there's any way to get my recovery back

    i formated my acer aspire 5920g
    but i forgot to copy my recovery to disk
    if there's any way to get it back place tell me

    You've deleted the D2D hidden partition? Or just formatted the partition where you OS was installed?

    So this means you didn't lost your recovery option. As long as you don't delete ACER's hidden partition(D2D) there is no problem.
    If you want to use the recovery, first make sure D2D is enabled in the BIOS. Then power on the laptop, press F10(or ALT+F10) and the recovery process should start.

    Hmm...so what did you do..? Did you enabled D2D in BIOS? Power on the laptop, wait for ACER logo screan (if you have i enabled) and then hit F10 or if it's not working with F10 try ALT+F10. If it doesn't work after you tried all this, maybe you've lost the ALT+F10 option..(MBR). Recovery of that option is pretty complicated..

    OK there are various methods for recovering the ALT+F10 function so I don't know which will work for you...Check this thread(especially pages from 7 to 23) and see if any of this methods described there will work for you..
