    You can't.

    At least, not without replacing the motherboard. Dell motherboards (short of the higher XPS desktops and laptops) don't allow overclocking.

    Maybe there's some obscure electrical hack you can do, but I'm 99.9% sure there isn't.

    yes you can!!!!! is it safe???? increase FSB! Programs like RMclock and such will help!!!

    I'm pretty sure it's the Dell BIOS and not the motherboard that doesn't allow overclocking.

    So you would have to flash your BIOS to do it.
