no, its not the usual "why do i only see 3.25gb in my windows 32bit?"

i'm on win 7 ultimate, x64, and have 4gb ram available on my 4820T. just thinking how I can better utilize ALL of them even when using non-intensive applications.

have done the following so far :

    - disabled page file
    - do not have use for RAM disk

what else can i do?

Just use the computer. It'll use RAM as it sees fit, and to best effect. The only reason to have lots of RAM is for programs that use lots of it, and running lots of programs at the same time.
