Hello,
I just bought a Sony PCG-V505D with 256MB of RAM & would like to increase it to 512MB. I know the slot is under the keyboard, but I'm afraid to break something. I tried to open the keyboard & broke the F10 key alreadyI'm aware that there are two hinges on both sides of the keyboard, but there seems to be resistance somewhere in the center of the keyboard. Should I just yank it out? Please let me know if you've installed RAM on V505 before & share your trick on how to do so. Thank you very much for your help.
Ken.
