I just bought an apacer A7 turbo 64gb SSD, i will run Win7 x64 on it
Are there things i need to do (mod registry, install 3d party app) to get the most out of it and also to keep it performing well (TRIM ?, does win7 does this automatically, does my ssd support it?)

    any tips are welcome

hmm apparently, it does not support trim

update; after firmware upgrade it supports trim now

so, new question, if i connect it to my intel matrix controller which is configured as raid in bios (i have a raid mirror backup set) and use it as single drive, would trim be supported or do i need to connect it to a seperate controller configured as AHCI?
