    :mad2: my tv tuner is grainy iv hooked it up to cable and a dvd player and there both the same. iv got it set on best. is this tuner crap or do i just have a bad one.

    mobile tv tuners are not usually good. I have two dual Avermedia M103 hybrid tv tuners in my Voodoo laptop, and it is a little grainy, not much though. I had to tweak a few settings and then everything was all nice and clear on all four channels. I can watch 4 channels at the same time. Kindof stupid though. I actually do not even use my tv tuners much, I simply do not have the time or care to watch television. I am a college student who values education more than fun.

    Your best bet is to buy a Hauppage USB tv tuner, it will give better quality than the cheap one hp through into your laptop.

    ok i burned the grainy video to a dvd and the picture was fine but had almost no volume
