    my girlfriends computer is having this problem and shes like 300miles away from me... but she did a chat with one of the techs at hp and they had her reinstall the bios and the driver for the cam and then she talked to a person today because its not coming up in the Device Manager so they told her she has to take it to a bestbuy or a computer place to fix it... so i have no idea what to do... the funny thing is she mailed the pc in so they could fix a problem and now its no working...

    can you remote desktop into her PC and look at the device manager?

    yeah its not in the device manager at all not in the imaging devices... so idk what to do
